Since we are launching on a pre-order basis, please allow about 5 - 7 weeks for shipment. We will notify you via email as soon as your item has been shipped and include a tracking number and estimated arrival date.
FREE shipping is provided for all U.S destinations. All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail.
We ship internationally! Customer is responsible for selecting international shipping option upon checkout. By completing your order you agree to pay all customs fees, taxes, or other charges. Please note we are not responsible for lost packages, international taxes, or duties. We recommend holding onto the tracking information, and contacting your local post office regarding taxes and duties.
Full refund returns are accepted on all unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of shipment. Each item must be in new condition, with tags still intact.
- We currently do not offer shipping labels.
- Consider getting a tracking number from your carrier of choice to ensure that your return/exchange reaches us properly. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us.
- We will pay the shipping costs if return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item)
- If your order arrived damaged from shipping, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving it by sending an email to email@example.com with a photo of the shipment.
- We are not responsible for damage that occurs during wear or use of an item.
- Please allow 3 - 5 business days for funds to be delivered once refund has been processed.
Within 30 days of order shipment, we offer free exchanges on products and will cover the cost of shipping if using USPS First Class Mail. Exchanges can only be made for size or color changes. Please email us a description of your exchange request, your order number and a picture of the shipping receipt so we can process the exchange and refund the shipping costs. If the item requested in exchange is not in stock, we will process a full refund with shipping.
You may cancel a purchase for a refund within the first 48 hours of purchase. Once we’ve confirmed cancelation you can go ahead and order the correct items! If we are not able to cancel the order before shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping of the items.
