Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping!
Customs & Duties:
kriyā clothing does not impose customs and duty fees. Your country of residence imposes these fees for ordering items outside of your country. We cannot process a refund for any of these fees paid by the customer. If you choose to return your items or your package is sent back to us via Return To Sender, your purchase will be refunded when it is received. Please keep in mind, this may take up to 8 weeks.

What is kriyā’s return policy?
Full refund returns are accepted on all unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of shipment. You can read our entire return policy here.
Do you provide free returns?
Currently, we do not provide free returns. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to us.
How do I make an exchange?
Within 30 days of shipment, if you would like to make a size or color exchange on your order, please contact email@example.com with "exchange" in the subject line. We will process a return and you can make a new order! Our exchange policy is detailed here.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "cancel" in the subject line and we would be happy to help you. Our cancellation policy can be found here.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number if your order has been shipped. This will go to the email address you used for checkout.
Why are your clothes pre-order?
Each of our items are handmade with love and care and will take a little longer to get to you!
How long until I get my order?
Due to all of our items currently being pre-order you can expect your order in 5 - 7 weeks!
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
Sorry about this! We’re more than happy to assist you. Please email us, within 2 business days of receiving your order, at email@example.com with your order number, a description and photos of the damages.
Please note we are not responsible for any damages that occur during wear.
I received an incorrect item, what do I do?
